Maria Berlingieri is originally from Argentina. She received her J.D. from Universidad Del Norte Santo Tomas de Aquino (San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina) in 2010, and her Master of Laws (LLM) from Texas Tech University School of Law (Lubbock, Texas) in 2014. Ms. Berlingieri was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2015, and is an associate attorney in the firm. She is a member of the Oil, Gas & Energy Resource Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Midland County Bar Association. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Aimee R. Tafreshi is from Austin, Texas. She received both her B.S. with honors in Advertising and J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to moving to Midland, Aimee spent seven years practicing products liability litigation for multinational pharmaceutical clients, as well as construction litigation. Aimee is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of South Carolina. In her free time, Aimee enjoys reading a good book, anything on the water, cheering on the Texas Longhorns and spending time with friends and family.
R. Matt Ramsey is from Fort Worth, Texas. He received his B.S. in Finance from Trinity University in 2002, and his J.D. from Baylor School of Law in 2004. Mr. Ramsey is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Matt is an avid film buff and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Christina was born and raised in the San Antonio area. She attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and was a member and officer in the Delta Delta Delta National Sorority. She then earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she was a member and officer of the Student Bar Association and The Board of Advocates.
Prior to joining Foster & Foster Law, PC, Christina worked as an associate attorney with a South Texas law firm providing various oil & gas title services, representing banks in real estate and foreclosure matters, and drafting estate planning documents. Christina is a member of the Midland County Bar Association, the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Section of the State Bar of Texas, and Midland County Republican Women
Away from the office, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and her two Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Captain and Penny, is an avid home baker, and enjoys cheering on the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys.
